Do you know why Calendar Man is just posting? I had to contact all my former and present clients one by one via Whatsapp. You may be wondering why I did not use bulk SMS or email list. Well, while they also work well, I have noticed that a direct phone call or SMS has a better effect on my clients and counsellees than Bulk SMS (they may not have your number again) or email (many people do not open such emails). Whatsapp chats allow us to chit chat because I am checking up on them, not their business, not their career, but their person.
We must always remember that #LawNaBusiness, a professional business where clients are entitled to the same level of customer care they would receive from their banks, church and network service provider.
What is the customer care service of your firm like? Do you remember your client’s birthday and anniversaries? Do you send your client an information you received which you feel they may need and find useful?
Maybe your office need to pay more attention to customer care. This is what would make your clients always remember you for other jobs and for recommendations too. Get a register for the names, phone numbers, emails, birthdays, special anniversary, and city of residence of all your clients. You will profit from it.
