Following the mandate of the NBA National Executive Committee (NEC), the NBA Financial Secretary has forwarded a provisional list of all members who paid the 2021 BPF within the statutorily stipulated timeframe to each Branch Chairperson for onward publication to members of the Branch.
Kindly note that BPF payments in the name of law firms or other groups (without proper identification of the benefiting legal practitioners) were not listed.
Also, the NBA has caused the 10% of the BPF, to be remitted to the underlisted Branches, in line with the Constitution of the NBA:
