I felicitate with the Branch Chairmen, the Branch Officers, Bar Leaders and the entire members of the NBA Maiduguri and Biu Branches on the successful occasion of the 2022 Law Week/Annual Bar Dinner.
“Technology as a Tool For Access to Justice”, which was the epicenter of the theme of the Law Week, was a confirmation of the dymaxion of the legal community across the country for justice delivery.
Therefore, we must be girded to sustain the advocacy tempo for an adequate funding of the judiciary. And this, for me, is achievable by adopting, practically, the financial autonomy policy for the judiciary for the realisation of our aspirations for IT revolution.
