Dear Former Hon. Minister, Uche Nnaji, Sir,
I have just read your resignation on the online newspaper: “LAW AND SOCIETY, https://lawandsocietymagazine.com/breaking-alleged-certificates-forgery-science-and-tech-minister-resigns-tinubu-thanks-him-for-service/
Many questions are flooding my mind such as:
Are you sure that Uche Nnaji is a full-fledged Nigerian politician?
Perhaps you need to ask your mother to tell you the truth about your paternity!!!
Or better still, you should undergo a DNA test to confirm if you are truly a Nigerian politician.
The last time any Nigerian politician resigned because of certificate scandal was on 14th September 2018, when Mrs. Kemi Adeosun resigned as Minister of Finance in a written letter to the President due to the alleged NYSC Certificate forgery scandal.
The usual thing is for politicians to adopt the “sit-tight” attitude such as was displayed by “Former Minister of Communications Adebayo Shittu was accused of failing to participate in the mandatory one-year NYSC scheme”. This is reported online at: https://www.google.com/amp/s/grassroots.ng/2018/10/13/nysc-communicationsminister-refuses-to-resign-sources/%3famp=1
And in the year 2021, former Minister of Communications, Isa Pantanmi was enmeshed in a scandal of his purported elevation to the rank of Professor. He did not resign. It is reported online at:https://punchng.com/breaking-asuu-declares-pantamis-professorship-illegal-to-sanction-futo-vc-others/
On a final note, you need to go and do a DNA test because we doubt that you are a typical Nigerian politician, by your resignation.
Yours faithfully,
Dr. Tonye Clinton Jaja
8th October 2025.
