As Secretary of the NBA Lagos Branch, at his initiative the National body of the NBA challenged the legality of the SCUML anti-money laundering regulations as they affected lawyers. The case was eventually launched by a committee of the Lagos Branch and won by the NBA.
As General Secretary, he will proactively advise the President on how to best protect the interests of our profession.
I endorse his candidacy for the post of General Secretary of our Association.
