As we celebrate Workers on this auspicious day, let us take time to remember that out of Africa’s nearly 420 million youth, one-third are unemployed and discouraged, another third are vulnerably employed, and only one in six is in wage employment.
Lawyers, especially young lawyers, are not exempt from this statistic. I am a firm believer of the fact that Technology has created a pathway towards leveling the international playing field within our great profession.
