Chukwuka Ikwuazom, a contestant for the Office of President of the Nigeria Bar Association, is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and a foremost barrister. He is a metaphor of exactly what the NBA needs at this time – a leader that can negotiate desired outcomes, and is also at home in court, come whatever dispute.
I have read his manifesto and listened to him discuss the issues at stake. His dissection of them has demonstrated a clear understanding of the sentiments afflicting and beleaguering lawyers in Nigeria. In this sequence, he has readied a plan to unify and reforge the Nigerian Bar into formidability.
For these, and other reasons, I hereby endorse his ideas, his plans and his candidature.
Specifically, I offer my complete support to Chukwuka Ikwazom, SAN, as he seeks the Office of President of the Nigeria Bar Association.
