Lagos based lawyer, Chukwuka Ikwuazom SAN has sent an independence message to Nigeria.
In a statement made available to lawyerwaka.com, the learned silk stated as follows:
“I believe in the promise our beloved country, Nigeria, holds. A promise of greatness and prosperity for its many peoples.
“I believe in the ability of the great peoples of Nigeria, endowed as they are by the Almighty God, to build a prosperous nation where peace and justice shall reign.
“I believe in the ability of the youths of Nigeria, undivided by creed and ethnicity and other fault lines that so easily beset us, to rise and take their collective destiny into their own hands.
“And I believe that the labours of our heroes past shall never be in vain.
“Happy independence Nigeria.”
