I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the leadership, elders, and distinguished members of the Nigerian Bar Association, Bukuru Branch, on the occasion of your 2025 Law Week.

The theme, “Understanding AI in Legal Practice: Issues, Dilemmas and Challenges,” is both timely and visionary. In an era where technology is redefining the landscape of legal services, this conversation could not be more essential. Artificial Intelligence is no longer a distant concept; it is transforming how we research, draft, advise, and deliver justice. Yet, as we embrace its vast potential, we must also navigate the ethical, regulatory, and human-centered questions it presents.

As a legal professional deeply engaged in technology, I commend this branch for taking a proactive step in leading this discourse. It reflects a forward-thinking Bar that is not afraid to interrogate innovation, anticipate its impact, and equip its members for the future of law practice in Nigeria and beyond.

May this Law Week inspire renewed commitment to learning, collaboration, and responsible technology adoption that upholds justice and professional excellence.

Congratulations once again, and best wishes for a successful Law Week.
