Prof. Konyin Ajayi, SAN, partner at Olaniwun Ajayi LP (OALP) one of Nigeria’s biggest law firms, has endorsed Chukwuka Ikwuazom SAN for the Office of President of the Nigerian Bar Association in the forthcoming elections scheduled for 20 July, 2024.
Recall that OALP recently partnered with the NBA to develop a centralised digital repository for legal resources which was launched by the President of the NBA, Mr. Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau (OON), via an email to members a few weeks ago.
In a LinkedIn post, Prof. Ajayi, who was the the Chairman, Technical Committee for Conference Planning, TCCP for the 2017 NBA AGC called on members of the NBA to support and vote Chukwuka Ikwuazom as the next President. His words:
“Chukwuka Ikwuazom SAN, has my vote & needs your vote to center on the strategic priorities of:
(1) leveraging the Bar’s enormous youth to skyrocket the Bar to a pride of place;
(2) enabling cooperation between the Bar, and the three arms of government to infuse the Rule of Law into Society,
so as to accelerate socio-economic revival in the nation; &
(3) giving us a transformed & fearless Bar.”
