As the remains of Rt. Reverend Dr. George Chikwunenye Nwabachili is being laid to rest in Awka, Anambra State, I take this opportunity to state that I have heard of the good works of Learned Magistrate of Magistrate Court 2, Ogidi, Anambra State. I have heard of his diligence and hard work on the bench such that he died on the job. I was reliably informed that he was sitting on a criminal matter, (The State v Uche Okoye) when he slumped.
He will be remembered for his good works and fear of God he radiated around him when he lived.
I pray that the Almighty God give the Nwabachili family of Umunon-Umuonaga, Awka, Awka South LGA of Anambra State, the Bench, the Bar and friends the strength to bear this great loss.
