The IP Institute Nigeria will hold its Chartered IP Mediation Program from 24th – 25th November, 2022.
IP Mediation is a fast-growing and attractive option for businesses with a premium on cost effectiveness, speed, confidentiality, as well as the preservation and enhancement of existing relationships.
The program is for Legal Practitioners, Mediators, Arbitrators, Entertainment Industry Practitioners and Creators who wish to develop and acquire practical skills and an in-depth understanding of local and international IP dispute resolution systems.
The program will also introduce Participants to the WIPO Mediation and Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution process
