It is with great enthusiasm that I endorse Chukwuka Ikwuazom, SAN, for President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). Chukwuka’s record of service and leadership within the NBA and the legal community at large makes him the best candidate for this role.
Chukwuka’s leadership of the NBA Security Agencies Relations Committee (NBA-SARC) has been exemplary. His efforts in curtailing the brutalization of lawyers and improving relationships between legal practitioners and security agencies have set a new standard for advocacy and protection of our rights.
During his tenure as Chairman of the NBA Lagos Branch, Chukwuka implemented numerous initiatives that enhanced the branch’s efficiency and member engagement. His vision for a fearless bar and commitment to transformative leadership are exactly what the NBA needs to navigate the challenges of the 21st century.
Chukwuka’s dedication to professional excellence, his mentorship of young lawyers, and his ability to foster unity within the legal community are qualities that set him apart. His candidacy promises a future where the NBA stands strong, unified, and respected.
