- Friday, 14th April, 2023 marked a call to service, as I submitted my nomination form to contest for the position of Chairman of the Lagos Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association.
- Service has always been dear to my heart. What greater call, therefore, than service to the Branch that has done so much for our collective welfare and prestige as lawyers.
- With almost 20 years experience as a lawyer dealing with complex disputes and transactions, I have garnered a rich understanding of the issues we face as a branch, as a bar, and as a profession.
4.Beyond an understanding of the issues, I also have a clear idea on how to make the premier bar surmount these issues.
- The submission of my nomination form, is therefore a pact with the good people of the Lagos branch to tirelessly work to make the branch one that is effective in the discharge of its objectives, accountable to all its members, and innovative in building for the next generation.
6.My approach to leadership will be innovative and refreshing, targeted at creating through collaboration and not control, a branch that works for all.
7.I remain grateful for your support and encouragement, and I look forward to engaging with you in the coming days and weeks, as we join hands to make the Lagos Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association a model of excellence and impact.
