Learned Silks, Seniors and Colleagues, it is with the greatest joy that the YLF Mentorship Committee in collaboration with the YLF Chairmen of Branches announce the unveiling of Project Unleash Real Mentorship.
“Unleash Real Mentorship” is a consolidation of Project Real Mentorship and Project Unleash Mentorship initiated by the NBA-YLF Mentorship Committee.
Through these projects, 300 young lawyers across the federation have been paired with Mentors in diverse fields with the best feedback/growth track system. Through our virtual trainings, knowledge has been transferred to over 3,000 young lawyers across the federation.
In a bid to reach more young lawyers and create an inclusive structure which is key to our mission statement, we have established a partnership with the Chairmen of YLF Branches to ensure 1,000 young lawyers are individually paired with the best Mentors.
